CAFOD is the official aid agency for the Catholic Church in England and Wales. They reach out to people living in hard-to-reach places, in war zones and those who are discriminated against.
If one of us is hurt, hungry or abandoned, we all are hurt, hungry and abandoned. No one should be beyond the love and support they need to live a dignified life.
My Big Half Fundraising is particularly inspired by CAFOD's Sudan Crisis Appeal.
The war in Sudan has forced 8.5 million people to flee their homes, creating one of the world’s largest displacement crises.
Now the situation has deteriorated rapidly, and those caught up in the middle of the conflict are facing yet another crisis – hunger.
Your donation today can provide emergency food, shelter and water to families who need it in Sudan and its surrounding countries.
