You already know me as one of the Radiographers working in CT scan and I'm an experienced Marathoner sharing sniles and hopes around the globe.

I'm an advocate and survivor of a very rare disease known as "Guillain-Barré Syndrome" and I'm honoured to be supporting Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust raising funds for the workplace I've been in the last eight years.

The Big Half follows a stunning 13.1 mile closed-road course, starting by London's iconic Tower Bridge and finishing at Cutty Sark in Greenwich.

It's a vibrant and fun community running festival that brings Londoners of all backgrounds and abilities together in a celebration of the city's diversity - while raising much-needed funds for charity in the process!
